Welcome to Phoenix Hospital Group

Your healthcare experience is important to us whether you are visiting one of our outpatient centres or our inpatient hospitals, your comfort and care is our number one priority.

Below is some information about what to expect when you visit our facilities.

Outpatient

Phoenix Hospital Group boasts two outpatient centres in the heart of Harley Street at 9 Harley Street and 25 Harley Street as well as Phoenix Hospital Chelmsford. Together these have all the necessary diagnostic testing facilities to be able to diagnose and refer you for treatment.

As an outpatient, you’ll be here for a consultation, test or scan. When you first arrive, you will be welcomed by our lovely reception team who will take some details from you in order to get you registered on our system.

If you are here for a scan, one of our friendly radiographers will come and collect you from the waiting area and take you to the imaging department. If you are here for a consultation you will be shown to one of our modern consulting rooms to meet with your consultant.
