Erectile dysfunction (impotence)

Erectile dysfunction (Impotence) is the term used for a males inability to gain an erection. This particular condition can often become more problematic as a man gets older.

This condition splits and tears the band of skin on the underside of the glans, which can lead to discomfort during intercourse.

Haematospermia (blood in the semen)

Haematospermia is the presence of blood in the semen; this does not cause any problems for the individual or their partner.

Haematuria refers to blood presence in the urine.

Lower urinary tract symptoms

Due to prostate enlargement (BPE) or due to an overactive bladder, or a combination of both, men can develop problems with voiding urine.

Male hypogonadism

Male Hypogonadism is also know as “testosterone deficiency”, is when the testicles fail to produce sperm, testosterone or both.

Penile cancer

Sperm retrieval surgery for male infertility

Sperm retrieval is often needed as the transport of the sperm can become blocked and cause an obstruction. The blockage can be anywhere from the prostate to the testicle.
