Private GP costs at Phoenix Hospital Group

The cost of your private GP appointment depends on the type and length of consultation, along with any tests or onward referrals you may need.

Prices start from £150 for a 30-minute consultation. We welcome self-funding patients and also work with all major medical insurers.

We recommend contacting your insurer before your visit to confirm what’s included in your policy. This applies to consultations, investigations and any follow-up treatment.

Please note that prescriptions issued after a private GP appointment are dispensed as private prescriptions, so you’ll pay the pharmacy cost of the medication.

Most of our private GPs practise across our two outpatient clinics at 9 Harley Street and 25 Harley Street, in the heart of the Harley Street Medical Precinct.

25 Harley Street

This site is home to a range of diagnostic and imaging services, along with a multidisciplinary pathology laboratory. You can have blood tests, scans and GP appointments in one place, making your care more convenient and streamlined.

9 Harley Street

Our Health Screening GPs are based here, working closely with leading radiologists to interpret results and produce clear, detailed reports. You’ll receive a personalised overview of your health, with time to discuss any findings and next steps.
