Mr Bhagwat Mathur is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the St Andrew’s Centre for Plastic Surgery and Burns, Broomfield Hospital Chelmsford. His NHS practice comprises of reconstruction and corrective surgery of breast, body contouring and treatment of skin cancers.
He had specialist training in Microsurgery, Breast and Cosmetic Surgery in India, Middle East, Germany and Scotland. He worked as Consultant at the Canniesburn unit in Glasgow and at the Morriston Hospital Swansea before finally settling in Essex.
Mr Mathur has published a number of peer reviewed articles and book chapters on subjects like correction of inverted nipples, prominent ears and breast asymmetry, breast and nipple reconstructions and perforator flaps for skin defects. He has been an invited speaker at national and international meetings. He has given the prestigious Sushruta oration at the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India and is a visiting Honorary Professor at the Jaipur National University in India

The team made sure everything was organised for us prior to our arrival.
