Dr Ramkumar has been a Consultant Clinical Oncologist since 2009 providing high quality, patient-centric care for non-surgical management of Head & Neck cancer (mouth, throat, tonsil, voice box, sinus, nose, ear and salivary gland cancers), Skin cancers in Head and neck region, Skull Base Tumours (meningiomas, Chordomas, Chondrosarcomas, Glomus tumours) and Colorectal cancers including Proton Beam Therapy (PBT), High precision Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT/VMAT), Stereotactic Radiotherapy/Radiosurgery (SRS/SRT), Intraoperative Radiotherapy (IORT), Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy and Low Level Laser Therapy (Photo Biomodulation).
Dr Ramkumar has broad clinical experience and Fellowship training in premier Cancer Institutes in UK, USA and Europe in all aspects of management of Head & Neck cancer, Skull Base Tumours and Colorectal cancers. Dr Ramkumar works in the NHS as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Southampton. Dr Ramkumar has wide experience in clinical research and Principal Investigator for several National and International Clinical Trials and Clinical projects
Dr Ramkumar holds several senior managerial & postgraduate educational positions in National Professional organisations and has keen research interests in novel treatment approaches for cancer and in improving functional outcomes for cancer patients thereby improving the quality of life after cancer treatment.

The team made sure everything was organised for us prior to our arrival. All the consultations, tests & scans we needed had been scheduled into a neat timespan and additional scans were arranged as required without the need for an additional visit. Without our regular appointments with Dr Singhai we can honestly say that we would not be coping with and managing to support our dad.
