“I had a great experience at 25 Harley Street clinic. I was welcomed by a polite, friendly and professional receptionist and my appointment was on time.
I had a very positive experience with my consultant, she has a calm and gentle manner that helped me to relax during the examination. She explained everything in detail and this was reassuring and well appreciated. She requested further tests that could be done either at their clinic (even the same day) I couldn’t be asked twice, so I decided to get the tests done that day. It took me only 5 minutes, it was so convenient and I was well looked after.

I would definitively recommend 25 Harley Street to anyone who is seeking a professional and truthful medical opinion.”

“One of the best hospitals in the country. Not only were they efficient they also upgraded my room at no Further cost. Normally for day case patients, they place one in a smaller room. Because they knew I was claustrophobic they placed me in a larger room and it was akin to a 5-star hotel with phenomenal healthcare! I would highly recommend the hospital and every aspect of the same”

“It was extremely straightforward to arrange an appointment for a first consultation and as soon as I needed it. The administrative staff are most helpful indeed, very courteous, warm and friendly. MRI and X-rays once again have been organised with precision and care to accommodate my needs. The centre is attractive, inviting and very comfortable. In my initial visit to the consultant I was treated with exemplary kindness, a great deal of understanding and a most thorough examination. I was given an immediate diagnosis and a prescription for treatment for one of my three concerns. Highly impressive indeed. The London Pain Clinic receives my strongest recommendation.”

“I am very grateful to the wonderful staff at the Weymouth street hospital for being so kind, friendly, attentive and reassuring on the day of my surgery. My room was very nice and clean and I had everything I needed to feel comfortable as well as to ask for help. My post-surgery meal was delicious and there were plenty of different options to choose from. A great experience overall.”

The team made sure everything was organised for us prior to our arrival. All the consultations, tests & scans we needed had been scheduled into a neat timespan and additional scans were arranged as required without the need for an additional visit. All the staff we met and who looked after us were professional and very warm and friendly. Overall, an excellent experience.
